Action Plan

  • Conduct research to uncover current perceptions of the school and identify unique selling points among students, staff, alumni and parents/guardians
  • Use research findings to guide and inform communications and marketing plan, as well as  new brand identity and value platforms
  • Implement a local digital and social media advertising campaign to communicate the school’s unique offerings and enrollment opportunities to parents/guardians using specialized targeting

Results

  • Cornerstone Learning Community shared that they received a high influx of parents looking to tour the school and learn more about enrollment opportunities 
  • From July 28 to August 23, 2021, the digital media campaign earned more than 566,000 impressions, 880 clicks and 2,488 users to the school’s website, where users could receive more information about enrollment and request a school tour
  • In the same period, the social media campaign earned more than 280,000 impressions, 910 link clicks to the website, and reached 26,124 users
