Pull up a chair and a healthy appetite, because Florida’s 2026 Michelin Guide recommendations are officially out.

On May 28, The Michelin Guide revealed its 2026 Florida restaurant selection, marking a major milestone for the Sunshine state’s culinary scene. For the first time in the Guide’s history, Florida’s selection expanded statewide, recognizing restaurants from the Panhandle to the Keys.
This year’s Florida Michelin Guide includes 200 restaurants spanning 41 cuisine types, reflecting just how dynamic Florida’s food scene truly is. For restaurants, recognition from Michelin can elevate local dining onto a national or international stage. For communities, it can drive culinary tourism, increase visibility for local chefs and encourage visitors to explore more of what Florida has to offer.
Whether you are a sixth-generation Floridian or a visitor still brushing beach sand off your shoes, one of the best ways to understand Florida is through food.

To celebrate this year’s statewide Michelin Guide Florida selection, the SMPR team is sharing a few staff favorites from across the state.
“Black Radish offers a truly thoughtful and fresh menu. I love dining here for an experience that is upscale and refined, while still distinctly local.” - Lauren Toner, Marketing + Advertising Director
“It's one of the ‘Immediate Yes’ places for me. I love going with my sisters or friends, ordering everything, and sharing it all.” - Vanessa Guirey, Creative Director
“Black Radish is fantastic! The ambience is great, their seasonal menu makes repeat visits a must, and they always have solid options for guests with dietary restrictions.” - Eli Murphy, Motion + Graphic Designer

“I went to the Huntsman and decided to get something I've never had before. I ordered Antelope and it was quite interesting. I was expecting a chop or steak and instead got crusted meatballs. It was gamey, but tasty thanks to the flavorings and sauces they added.” - Heidi Otway, President + Partner
“I've been to the Huntsman a few times and loved it. Great service and delicious food options even for the picky eater.” - Ladayna Penrose, Finance + Administration Director
“Orlando knows good food, and I’m so proud to live in a city that supports local and up-and-coming spots. All these places are great but I gotta go with Black Rooster. Their tortillas are homemade, their guacamole is always fresh, and it’s just consistently top-tier. If you’re ever in the Mills District you must stop by.” - Kaitlyn Kelley, Public Relations Associate
“We are clearly spoiled for choice here with delicious spots like Cousin Vinny’s, the Pearl, and Olivia. But if I had to pick just one, my absolute favorite is Psomi. The atmosphere alone nails it every time. It is by far my favorite spot to get brunch with the girls. Pro tip: If you stop in, you have to try the baklava syrup in your coffee. It’s life-changing.” - Lexie Savedge, APR, PR + Public Affairs Director
“Mister O1 serves exactly that: extraordinary pizza. Their iconic star-shaped pies have become a South Florida staple, and they use only the finest ingredients imported from Italy. If you go, the “Claudio” is where it’s at. Fresh stracciatella cheese and white truffle never disappoint” - Sophie Vega, Marketing Coordinator
Congratulations to all the restaurants, chefs, sommeliers, service professionals and hospitality teams recognized in the 2026 Michelin Guide Florida selection. Together, they are helping define a new chapter for Florida dining rooted in creativity, culture and community.
